The TSA will need to have the following Principal Accountabilities.
1) Business Results:
Provide full secretarial and protocol support to the relevant Head of Function and functional team which includes but is not limited to:
- travel booking (hotel, cars, planes)
- visas for the travelling team members and visiting guests
- meetings organisation (meeting rooms, agendas, catering, etc)
Accurate and timely dissemination of information to both internal and external organization stakeholders by maintaining confidentially to ensure effective communication.
Ensure that all fixed assets that are bought by the department have been properly labelled and registered.
2) Leadership Results:
Ensure records compliance at all times for secure & easy access of the documents in line with the BAT global records management policy.
3) Management Results:-
Provide full support to the team to ensure smooth running of the 'background' activities, e.g.
1- Ensure that the full operational set is ready upon arrival of a newcomer- desk, computer, mobile phone, etc.
2- Report to HR on the HR-related payments on a monthly basis
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: University Degree is a must
Experience: 0-3 relevant working experience
Languages:, French, English and Arabic (full written and spoken fluency);
Computer skills: advance knowledge of MS Office suite
Personal qualities: good communicator, organised, discreet, efficient and pro-active.
